Andraab is the continuity of an ancient unbroken narrative of the Arts and crafts of Kashmir with a six hundred year old legacy. A team of brothers, have taken their creative impetus to carry a name far beyond the generations of their profound ancestry and hone it towards creating and preserving beautiful textiles.
Today, Andraab represents a brand that creates the finest luxury hand-woven and hand-embroidered shawls, stoles, scarves, throws and bedspreads. Andraab is the result of a heritage born in Kashmir, with a focus that is based on restoring the lost magnificence of pashmina. The authentic craftsmanship over a delicate material is the real story behind Andraab’s success.
All cashmere (pashmina) is indigenously sourced within the state of Jammu & Kashmir. The creation process – from the procuring of fibres to the cleaning, combing and finishing is all done by hand. These meticulous handwoven pieces take anywhere between three weeks to three years, to produce.
Andraab has garnered a worldwide following including celebrities and royalty, and its products have been featured in publications such as Vogue, Condenast traveller, The Robb report and the Oprah magazine. An essential for those seeking design, committed to mastery.
