In her latest series, Artception, artist Maegha Saksena moulds reality itself into new existence created upon layers of pop culture references, Art, History, and of course, her signature pizzazz. Nicknamed the Art-ception for the multiple layers of reality hidden within, these works give an illusion of a dream hidden beneath another dream.
In this particular work, we see the 90's epic trio of Johny Bravo and the celebrity couple: Olive and Popeye, doing what everyone does most at any museum, click pictures to post on social media. Their backdrop features some of the most contemporary pop works of this century.
